What areas do you service?
I provide property photography through Bass Coast and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether your property is within my service area, please get in touch.
How quickly will I receive the images?
Property photography is generally delivered within 1-2 business days of the shoot. If you have a listing deadline, please let me know when booking.
How are the images delivered?
Your finished high-resolution images are delivered through a private online gallery, ready to download and use for your property marketing.
Does someone need to be at the property?
Not necessarily. I'm happy to photograph vacant properties or access properties via keys arranged with the agent. For occupied properties, access can be arranged directly with the agent, owner or tenant.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Interior photography can often go ahead despite less-than-perfect weather. If conditions are unsuitable for exterior or drone photography, I'll discuss the best option with you. Drone photography is always subject to weather, airspace, location and safe flying conditions.
Do you move furniture or prepare the property?
Properties should be prepared before the photography session. I may make small adjustments where appropriate, such as moving minor items out of the frame, but furniture moving, cleaning and property styling are not included.
Are floor plans exact measurments?
For plans are created for property-marketing purposes and provide an approximate representation of the property's layout and dimensions. They should not be relied upon for construction, renovation or other purposes requiring precise measurements.
Can I book drone photography by itself?
Yes. Standalone drone photography is available from $150 and can be used to showcase the property, land and surrounding location. All drone work is subject to suitable weather, airspace and safe operating conditions.
How do I book?
